PAYMENT OPTIONS

We accept all major credit cards and then some. Your data is collected securely by a credit card processing company via SSL - secured data - so we do not have access to your credit card information. We also accept Apple Pay, Diners Club, Meta, Google Pay and Shop Pay. See all the cute lil payment icons below? We got em all! *wink* 


PRODUCTION TIME

Lead Time for Most Pieces

Most items are made to order, and fabrication time averages 4-5 weeks if we have stones in stock, closer to 7 or so if we are having stones custom cut for ya.

Ready to Ship Items

We have many beautiful items that are ready to rock. Items that are labeled ready to ship will go out within 3-4 business days. Most of these items can be resized, so if you need a different size, just let us know!

 

SHIPPING OPTIONS

WITHIN UNITED STATES & CANADA

Orders are shipped via UPS 2nd day or USPS Priority Express 1-3 day shipping, with full insurance and tracking. 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International orders are shipped via UPS or USPS Priority International 6-10 day, with full insurance and tracking. 

CUSTOMS/VAT FEES

Orders shipped internationally are sometimes subject to customs fees/VAT in many countries. Please research your potential fees before placing an order, as we cannot be held responsible for such fees. You can typically find information at your postal website or customs office.

 

RETURNS & REFUNDS

We take great pride in all of our work, and want you to be absolutely thrilled with your jewelry. Essentially all of our items are custom made to order. All engagements and wedding bands are considered custom, as each is made to your specifications and in your specific size. All custom-ordered earrings and necklaces are also considered custom items.

If you are not happy with your jewelry, please contact us as soon as possible with any questions or concerns. We pride ourselves on our fabulous items and awesome customer service, and want you over the moon excited about your new pieces from JHD.

FOR CUSTOM MADE ITEMS

Custom ordered items may be returned, unworn and in brand new condition, within 10 days of receipt. All ring boxes and warranty cards must be returned as well, to qualify for a refund. There is a 10% restocking fee for all custom items. Refund will include full purchase price minus restocking fee and shipping charges. Please contact me prior to returning any items for approval. All items need to be shipped back with tracking and insurance covering the full value of the item paid. 

If you aren't sure if a particular item is a custom piece, drop us a note and we can confirm for ya. If there are any flaws or workmanship issues with the piece, please contact us right away and we will correct the problem.

CAD RING DESIGNS

Any rings or jewelry items that were designed in CAD specifically for you are not returnable/refundable.

LOOSE STONE PURCHASES

Loose stones may be returned, in brand new condition, with all warranty cards and appropriate packaging, within 10 days of receipt. Please contact me before returning your loose stone for return approval. All stones will incur a 10% re-stocking fee.

EU STATE SHOPPERS RIGHT TO RETURN ITEMS (Right of Withdrawal)

Under the EU’s distance selling laws, you have the right to return certain products for any reason by contacting the seller within 14 days. This 14-day period will start the moment you receive the product, rather than at the time you purchased it.

PAYMENT PLANS

Cancelling a payment plan before the ring has been paid off will also incur a 10% re-stocking fee on the monies paid thus far. Items paid for with a payment plan are not refundable.

READY TO SHIP ITEMS

These may be returned within 10 days of receipt, unworn, for a full refund minus shipping fees.
