WILL MY NEO MOISSANITE CLOUD OR FADE?
Nope! NEO moissanite comes with a more comprehensive warranty than other moissanites. It not only covers changes to the optical properties (color and clarity) of the NEO gemstone. The extended warranty covers any damage resulting in chipping, scratching or abrasions; (at a minimal handling fee per carat plus shipping) to your NEO moissanite gemstone purchase of ¼ carat weight and up only, providing ALL of the following steps are carried out in full.
Upon registration of your online warranty, you clearly fill out all required fields and clearly state the retail place of purchase.
- You retain your original receipt, or provide bank or credit card transaction copies as proof of original NEO moissanite purchase.
- You return to the original place of purchase (stated at registration) for any NEO moissanite replacement.
Note: If the original place of purchase is no longer in business, please visit your local jeweler and have them contact NEO at firstname.lastname@example.org.

You'll receive a super cool warranty card with your purchase, all of you have to do is register the stone on the ZAYA Moissanite website. Easy, baby.
WHAT ABOUT MY FOREVER ONE?
Nope! And if it does, each one comes with a limited lifetime warranty. You'll receive a warranty card with your piece, you make one phone call and boom, covered.
SUPERNOVA MOISSANITE - WHAT ABOUT THOSE?
SUPERNOVA moissanite is a newer moissanite to market, we are the first retailer selling them. Moissanite International has decided to not offer a warranty, since they know damn well it's not necessary. They've been working with moissanite for over 10 years, so they know what they are talkin' about.
